We hope that you are happy with your purchase however if you would like to return mail order items, as we are a small business, we will gladly exchange or refund items to you provided that:
All e-store items are returned to us by post, and received by us within 7 days of you receiving them.
International Non EU and EU returns, will have between 14 – 21 days maximum of receipt to return items in order to receive either an exchange or a full refund.
The cost of returning the item back to us is your responsibility.
We will issue a full refund provided, the items are unworn, unwashed, free of defects, with all original tags attached, items must be returned to us ‘as new’ with original receipt and return slip document enclosed.
All returned items must be free from perfume / deodorant which may leave marks or smells on the garments. We will be unable to refund / exchange any garments if there is evidence of this on the garment.
Returns will be refunded with the original method of payment.
We will not refund you postage charges for returned items. All postage charges are the customers responsibility
All returned items are your responsibility until they reach us. We will not accept responsibility for returned parcels that may be lost / damaged in post. We recommend postage with tracking and a proof of purchase receipt from the post office.

Instructions for returning your items
- Securely pack all items in appropriate postage packaging
- Enclose all purchase invoices and returns slips.
- Send your items back to us insured for the full amount of the merchandise value, we recommend mail tracking with Royal Mail Special delivery.
- Await email confirmation that we have received your goods and are processing the return
- If you would like to exchange an item please email email@example.com immediately to organise and reserve an exchange item.
- All returns must be received by us within 7 days of receipt

All returned items must be sent back to Patchouly Fragrance UK by post to the above address and can not be accepted, refunded or exchanged if returned in person to our Brighton Office.
